Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant (Marketing VA) to support our client’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, strong communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling posts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help create and edit marketing materials, such as newsletters and promotional content.
- Monitor and report on website and social media analytics.
- Support email marketing efforts, including list management and campaign tracking.
- Coordinate and assist with events, webinars, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members on various marketing projects.
- Maintain an organized database of marketing resources and contacts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant or in a related role.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Hiring Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
