Sales and Customer Support Virtual Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant (Sales VA) to support clients in achieving targets and enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with lead generation and prospecting through various channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns).
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate sales data.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Prepare and send sales proposals, quotes, and follow-up communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and market presence.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Hiring Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
