Administrative Virtual Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Virtual Assistant (Admin VA) to support our clients with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, calendars, and schedules for team members.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Assist with project management and coordination of tasks.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via email or chat.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Assist in social media management and content creation.
  • Support with onboarding and training of new staff members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles is preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.

Hiring Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work during specified hours – various USA time zones
  • Respond promptly to communications.
